Paper Art Professional, Nahoko Kojima is originally from Hyogo in Japan, and an Alumna of Kuwasawa Design in Tokyo. She has been residing in the UK since 2006 and is spearheading hand-made Japanese Paper Art in the UK and is a leader in her discipline internationally. She has been a practicing Paper Artist since 1987 and has honed her skill to perfection. Being a lover of Design she Co-founded Solo Kojima with the intention of making a place where her Paper Art and Design were unified and applied to real world problems. Shari Solo is an award winning British Creative Director and an Alumnus of Kingston University, London. As a Typographer and Strategist he has been published numerous times in Design Journals and has a sharp eye for detail and colour. Before Co-founding Solo Kojima in London, he headed Mule Industry, a Company that specialised in Moving Image and helped Brands in UK, LA and Germany. Solo has a rich knowledge of Paper Art History and is an authority on Japanese Paper Art and it’s development in the modern day. He is an expert in curation, valuation and production specifically for Paper Art and it’s applied forms.
There are numerous freelance staff – professionals in London and Japan that work tirelessly for Solo Kojima to facilitate our big ideas. Solo Kojima Japan is an office specifically for the local region, based in Tokyo.
